Getting to Zagreb…

… by PLANE

Located 17 km from the city centre (20-25 minutes by car), Zagrebʼs Pleso Airport (www.zagreb-airport.hr) is a centre for every renowned airline, numerous rent-a-car offices, and restaurants. It has a large and secure parking lot, which adds to your comfort and makes your stay in our city carefree.

 

 

 … by TRAIN

The Main Railway Station (www.hzpp.hr) is on King Tomislav Square, just a 10 minute walk from the city centre. The 200-meter-long neoclassicist building, full of sculptures and decorations, is nowadays a protected cultural heritage of Croatia and a symbol of Zagreb’s architectural legacy. Beside its primary function, receiving passengers, the Main Railway Station offers other amenities to modern travelers: cloakroom, seat reservation office, information booth, money exchange, restaurants, advertizing, lost and found office and car transport by rail.

 

 

… by BUS

The bus terminal (www.akz.hr) is a few minutes away from Zagrebʼs main square by tram (line 6).

Tickets for local lines can be reserved by dialing: +385 60 31 33 33, and for international lines you need to call: +385 60 08 631. The traffic office is at: +385 60 08 645.

Located in an Art Nouveau palace dating from 1891, with a tradition of hospitality dating from 1907, the Palace Hotel Zagreb has prepared the following discounts for Conference participants:

Comfort Single Room: 85 EUR

Comfort Double Room: 100 EUR

The price is valid per room, per day, and includes VAT and buffet breakfast. The price does not include the daily tax (7 kn per person, per day).

The price of the room includes the following:

–          high speed wireless internet in all rooms and hotel public spaces

–          use of the hotel business centre

–          room service

–          room safe, satellite TV

–          buffet breakfast at the hotel restaurant
